CUSTOMER CARE

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sun Muu Muu purchase and will gladly accept items on all items within 7 days of receipt for an exchange, credit note or refund. Please ensure your products are new, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached in the way you received them. It is the customers responsibility to return the item.

Exchanges and credit notes are complimentary within Australia, if you opt for a refund a $13 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

CARE OF YOUR SUN MUU MUU PRODUCTS

All Sun Muu Muu products have a label attached that advises the composition and most appropriate care instructions washing. They can be handwashed or washed in a front loader on delicate cycle. We do not recommend tumble dry

 

SHIPPING

Shipping is free within Australia on all orders over $250. We ship using Australia Post and free shipping is standard service. If you need your product express post there is an additional $10 charge.

FAULTY ITEMS


All items are thoroughly checked for quality before sending to our customers; however, if you strongly believe an item is faulty, please note the following:

  • Faulty items will only be accepted if the garment is delivered to the customer damaged.
  • Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and returned to customer.
  • If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
  • If an item cannot be repaired or replaced, the customer will receive a full refund.
  • To return a faulty item, please email shopsunmuumuu@gmail
  • An email and product must be received back to Sun Muu Muu within 7 days of product being delivered to customer. Please first send email detailing fault before returning product to shopsunmuumuu@gmail.com
